At GB Pilates Education, we are dedicated to transforming and elevating the training experience for the next generation of Pilates teachers.
Our programmes will provide students with a comprehensive understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, Pilates repertoire, and the history of the method, while offering personalised guidance and mentorship throughout their training and into their teaching career.
We will develop each student into confident, capable teachers, equipped with the knowledge, practical skills and additional expertise needed to fully embrace their teaching journey and become exceptional teachers.

​GB Pilates Education will offer fully comprehensive teacher training programmes, and mentorship programmes for aspiring teachers, as well as CPD courses and bespoke mentorship for experienced teachers who wish to refine their skills, continue their learning and master their practice.

At the heart of GB Pilates Education will be community, a support system for all teachers, where we can build a generation of teachers who don't compete but collaborate.

Meet the Founder
Gemma Bowen
For over two decades I've been teaching and exploring the transformative power of Pilates, continually learning and growing as both student and teacher.
For the past few years I had noticed a shift in trends and teaching practices and felt there was something missing for new teachers.
​
It became a dream of mine to create a teaching body that not only gives teachers the skills they need to teach Pilates, but empowers them with all the knowledge they need to go out into the world confident, assured and with a community to support them.

I'm proud to be the founder of GB Pilates Education and I'm committed to elevating the standard of Pilates Education.
