About the event
Join Gemma this Christmas for a magical evening of Pilates. We'll spend the evening practising Pilates to the flicker of candlelight. This dreamy class will focus on core, release and relaxation. Following the class you'll have the opportunity to have a glass of prosecco, herbal tea and some festive nibbles. This will be a lovely opportunity for some festive wellness.
