Pilates and Dried Flower Wreath Spring workshop

Spring is a beautiful season where we all emerge from winter and embrace new beginnings of hope and joy. This year, Gemma Bowen Pilates and Beth, from Wren and Rose flowers, will be coming together to create an afternoon of wellness and creativity embracing the meaning of Spring. The afternoon will begin with an invigorating, dynamic flow Pilates class, which will be followed by drinks and some delicous snacks. Finally, we'll learn to create a beautiful dried flower wreath using pastel Spring blooms that you can keep forever. You will have the choice of making a scandi style bamboo wreath or a rustic willow wreath. The workshop will be held in the beautiful Parlour at Berry Farm, South Cerney which is the perfect setting to connect with Spring.
