Barre & Brunch

I’m thrilled to be back at Berry Farm hosting the perfect combo, Barre & Brunch. The morning will begin will a fun, energetic Barre class suitable for all levels. Barre is a fantastic form of exercise to strengthen your muscles. It focuses on small, intense movements working the muscles until you feel the burn! The class will be designed to music, incorporating ballet moves and Pilates and provides a full body workout. This is definitely not a class just for dancers, it’s for anyone who wants to sculpt and tone.
